The Canary Islands are an autonomous region

of Spain. It is an important tourist center sometimes with mass exploitation, but with a great natural heritage. The Canary Islands are a group of seven volcanic islands on the Atlantic coast of North Africa. Each of the islands has its unique landscape, flora and fauna endemic. Fuerteventura is more desert with fascinating beaches, La Gomera is forest and is mountainous, Lanzarote has a volcanic landscape with petrified lava, La Palma is the green island has the largest crater in the world La Caldera del Taburiente with a diameter of 9 km (6 mi ) and 770 m (2525 ft) deep, El Hierro is the smallest island, very rocky, Tenerife and Gran Canaria are the largest and most visited islands. Tenerife has a very varied landscape, sandy beaches, fertile valleys, steep cliffs and the third largest volcano on Earth with 3718 m (12,195 ft), El Teide. Gran Canaria‘s capital Las Palmas which prides itself on having an excellent climate, the locals say it is the best climate in the world. The Canaries receive about 10 million tourists per year, there are places where you feel excessive tourism but there are still many untapped.
