Madrid is the main financial center,
political and economic of the Iberian Peninsula, is the capital of Spain and has a long history. Madrid has very modern infrastructure, has broad avenues as the Paseo de la Castellana, an important communication route in the city. Social life in Madrid is very strong and takes place in cafes and bars, Madrid is probably the European city with more nightclubs. The Gran Via is one of the most commercial of Madrid, where are many shops, theaters and cinemas. The lungs of the city is the Retiro Park, a large garden ideal for a stroll.
