Alcatraz
Alcatraz is an island in San Francisco Bay,
one of the biggest attractions of the city, a place full of history. Between the 1930s and 1960, Alcatraz was the most famous prison in the world, was known as “The Rock.” There are many stories about attempts to escape from Alcatraz, some documented in Hollywood films such as Lee Marvin’s “point Blank”, Clint Eastwood’s “The Enforcer” and Sean Connery’s “The Rock”.
