Shinkansen Japan
The high speed Shinkansen
is the pride of Japan Rail. The trains hit the 300 kph (188 mph) and connect the main cities of Japan. The most common routes are between Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, the Tokaido to Sanyo, Osaka and Hiroshima, too. It is a great way to travel in Japan and know the main cities. There are ambitious plans to continue to expand the bullet train network. Shinkansen official website
