Ten years after the demolition of the
old market Les Halles, known as “The biggest urban hole of Europe”, the place was replaced by this controversial commercial space in Paris. This labyrinth, largely underground, is frequented mostly by young people, there are some music stores and modern clothing shops. Forum des Halles is also known as Les Halles. Outside there are street performers, many students and tourists. There are some famous places a few steps away from Les Halles such as the Hôtel de Ville or the elegant Rue de Rivoli. Hotels in Paris
