Bois de Vincennes
The Bois de Vincennes is a park
and an excellent refuge in Paris. Situated in the southeast of the city, occupies a former royal hunting ground, there are lakes and waterfalls, a zoo, an amusement park and racing horses lines. The beautiful Chateau de Vincennes, surrounded by a wall and a moat, was a royal residence before the construction of Versailles. Bois de Vincennes is one of the most visited public parks of Paris.
