Goreme National Park is one of the

most beautiful places of Turkey and is situated at the heart of Cappadocia in Turkey and has one of the strangest landscapes on earth with stones covered of lava and sealed on top. The softrock is easily carved by humans and for centuries, became the chimneys in homes and churches. One of the most popular hikes in the park is 12 km (7.5 mi) to Uçhisar at Uzundere Valley.
