Alhambra
Alhambra is a magnificent palace
situated in the Spanish city of Granada. The biggest attraction of this huge complex, are the interior which decoration is at the peak of Islamic Art. Like any fortress, Alhambra lies atop a hill with stunning views over Granada and the Sierra Nevada. The Alcazaba has a beautiful watch tower, from which can be seen the Alhambra proper, an amazing series of courtyards and halls superiorly decorated with carved wood, fantastic ceiling paintings, ornate stucco, multicoloured glazed tiles and horseshoe arches.
