Palace Culture and Science
The Palace of Culture and Science is a major landmark
in Warsaw. It was built between 1952 and 1955 and was a gift from Soviet Union to Polish people. The Antenna Spire is 237 m (778 ft) from the ground and it has 42 floors. It’s a very controversial building, many Poles hate the building because it’s a symbol of Soviet domination. Today serves as an exhibition centre and office complex. Hotels in Warsaw
