Aran Islands
The Aran Islands are located at the
mouth of Galway Bay. Inishmore, Inisheer and Inishman are the three islands that have inspired many artists and writers. Also archaeologists and tourists frequently visit the Aran Islands in search of history that began around 3000 BC, when the islands have been inhabited.
