The Summer Palace is a vast complex
of lakes, gardens and palaces located in the heart of Beijing. The Summer Palace is mainly dominated by Kunming Lake and the Longevity Hill. Since December 1998, the Summer Palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Don’t miss the Tower of Buddhist Incense, the Pavilion of Precious Clouds, the Zhuanlunzang, the 17-arch Bridge, the Marble Boat, the Great Opera Hall, the Long Corridor, the Suzhou Street and the previously referred Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill.
