Mandalay
Mandalay is the second largest city
of Myanmar, former Burma, after Yangon. Mandalay has a rich cultural tradition, breathtaking scenery with wooden roofs, carved in temples and pagodas. The last two kings of Myanmar, Mindon and Thibaw, resided in Mandalay, at beautiful Royal Palace, which is a walled city within the city at 230 m (754 ft) on the top of Mandalay Hill.
